Local Pickup & Fulfillment Policy

Gather the Good currently offers local pickup only. Most custom orders are ready within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notice before arriving.

Pickup details, including location and any specific instructions, will be provided with your order confirmation or ready-for-pickup notification.

When Gather the Good is participating in a local market or vendor fair, that event may be offered as a pickup location. If you select an event for pickup, please collect your order during the listed event hours.

If you’re unable to pick up your order as scheduled, contact us at hello@gatherthegoodco.com so we can arrange another pickup opportunity.

Shipping is not currently available. We hope to add additional fulfillment options in the future.
